Oskaloosa Community School District is committed to the safety and well being of all students and staff.  A critical ingredient in the safe school recipe is the uniform classroom response to any incident. Weather events, fires, accidents, intruders and other threats to student safety are scenarios that are planned and trained for by school and district administration and staff. We appreciate the support from and partnership with the Oskaloosa Police Department, Mahaska County Sheriff's Department, and Mahaska County Emergency Response Team.
