Today is Oskaloosa Middle School’s End of the 1st Trimester Awards Assembly! From 2:00-2:30pm, students will be recognized from the middle school campus for a multitude of academic, athletic, and social achievements students have earned. The assembly will be held at the George Daily Auditorium!
On Friday, November 17th, four Oskaloosa Orchestra members participated in the 2023 Iowa Junior Honors Orchestra on the Iowa State University campus in Ames. The participants were selected among hundreds of nominees for the Symphony Strings, one of two orchestras representing nearly 60 schools across the state.
This was an incredibly unique opportunity for our orchestra students to experience a high level of musical development and performance with other students throughout the state. Oskaloosa is fortunate to have student musicians who go above and beyond in their pursuit of excellence every day. Bravo to each of them, and thank you for representing Oskaloosa so well!
